Every connection to Serene runs over encrypted HTTPS, and client records, documents, and session data are encrypted at rest on the underlying cloud storage. Video sessions run over a modern stack that encrypts the connection in transit. Your clients' information is protected both while it moves and while it sits.
Access control
Serene's data rules deny access by default and open it only where a specific person is allowed to see specific data, backed by role-based permissions across teams. Clients reach their portal only after verifying their identity, so a client can only ever see their own material.
